Adding (different) RF function to an approved (wireless) product can be applied as permissible change since April 18th, 2023. (can use same KC ID). It was a new application before that date.
But adding RF function subject to Conformity Certification to approved product subject to Conformity Registration is a new application.
For example, if LTE module (Certification product) is added to approved WiFi product (Registration), this is a new case and new KC ID shall be needed.
