The transfer of the Computer Energy Efficiency Management System is planned
Starting from January 1, 2025, the production (import) and sale of computers that do not meet the minimum energy efficiency standards will be prohibited. Additionally, an efficiency label (indicating compliance with minimum energy efficiency standards) must be affixed to the products.
Scope of Application:
This regulation primarily applies to personal or office computers, including desktop computers, all-in-one desktop computers with monitors, and notebook computers (including 2-in-1 notebooks and multi-screen notebooks).
However, the following are excluded from the scope: server-specific computers, workstations, dual computers, tablet/slate computers, thin clients, smartphones, and POS (Point of Sale) dedicated devices.
