The safety standards for children's products subject to safety certification have been revised, simplifying KC certification for children's play equipment. This notice will be effective as of January 5, 2024.
- For multiple models of children's play equipment that are installed in a one-time quantity, despite being made of the same material, each model had to undergo individual hazardous chemical substance tests. However, going forward, only one model will undergo hazardous chemical substance testing for the same material.
