Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
The Radio Research Agency of Korea (RRA) has announced a revision to the technical standards for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) radio equipment.
The revision aims to facilitate the smooth deployment of ITS in Korea by eliminating the WAVE method and mandating the use of LTE-V2X as the sole communication method for ITS.
Public comments will be accepted until April 5, 2024.
